GEESHINE COATING SYSTEM SERIES

We provide the below coating types for your choice.
 

PE(Polyester)Coating

PE coating. with high Nolecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkydresin, has an excellent performance on colors. It can be classified to matt and glossy according to gloss levels. Due to its compact molecule structure, the paint surface is luster and smooth, makes the surface suitable for digital printing. This coating is a perfect choice for interior decoration and signs industry. Warranty could be up to 10 years for interior decoration.
 

PVDF(Fluorine-carbon)Coating

PVDF coating, made of fluorine carbon resin, is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. We have normal PVDF and NANO PVDF coatings Normal PVDF coating, certified as KYNAR 500 is made of 2-3 times coating and baking, has good properties of anti-acid,anti-alkali, is durable in atrocious weather and environment. Warranty could reach to 20 years for exterior use. NANO PVDF coating, with self-cleaning nanometer paint on the normal PVDF coating, is used to protect the surface from pollution, dust or dirty rains. Warranty could be up to 20 years for exterior use.

FEVE Coating

FEVE coating, with polyurethane as base and fluoride polymer as top coating, has good feature of weather resistance of 10 years for exteriors use. Different from PVDF coating. it guarantees fresher, vivid color and higher gloss level. provide more choice for designer. It is available in colors that are not feasible with other coating system.

Spectra Colors Coating

Spectra colors coating, add pearl talc into PVDF paint(>70%PVDF). depending upon the pigment type and viewing angle, different wavelengths of light are reflected, refracted and diffracted to the audience resulting in an ever-changing color gradient with iridescent highlights. It is widely used for public internal and external, multipe shops,exhibitions etc.

Nacreous Coating

Nacreous coating is formed by adding one more layer of nacreous paint on the basis of high-quality PE coating. The surface glossiness is around 90 degree. The combination of glossy coating and nacreous coating make the panel surface brilliant with the light irradiate on it. It is an excellent choice for the places which highly demond the surface glossiness.
